Hydration Potion

We understand: sometimes what you need isn't a moisturizing, oil-based concoction. Even so, your skin still deserves love and care. Enter our Hydration Potion—the oil-free but just-as-awesome counterpart to our Rescue Potion. Like its older sibling, the Hydration Potion is lightweight, fast-absorbing, and a treat for skin; but the Hydration Potion is no pretender. Made using ultra-hydrating snow mushroom extract, the Hydration Potion offers superb hydration upfront while oil-free water-loss prevention and long-lasting hydration boosting make sure your skin reaps the benefits hours and even days after application.

• Snow Mushroom extract is a plant derived polysaccharide shown to help bind water to the skin surface.  400x more hydrating than hyaluronic acid. This is the star of the show!
• Ceramide Liposome contains ceramide 3 and milk lipids. Improves barrier function and skin hydration. Helps reduce TEWL (transepidermal water loss)
• Hyaluronic acid helps immensely with hydration as it holds up to 1000x its weight in water. We use 2 molecular weights for a total of 2% HMW (high molecular weight) is a larger particle that sits more on the surface and helps with fine lines as well.  LMW (low molecular weight) is a smaller particle that is absorbs in lower levels of the skin for longer lasting hydration.
• Bamboo ferment add silkiness and hydration by moving water from the high concentration areas to lower concentration areas. 30 day studies show a 10% moisture improvement over aloe(which is way overused in our opinion)
• Niacinadmide is a water-soluble vitamin B3 which improves the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin tone and brightens dull skin.
• Chamomile helps soothe skin by increasing cellular turnover
• N-Acetyl glucosamine (NAG) is found in the skin naturally. Improves moisture, elasticity, increases cell turnover improving wound healing, reduces irritation, reduces hyperpigmentation

Directions: Apply after cleansing. Smooth 1-2 pumps over face and neck areas. Can be mixed with Rescue Potion or daily moisturizer as well.
