Introducing Musashi an original fragrance from Gentleman's Nod. This is the first LE offering in a new "Origins" series, featuring a fragrance developed around a single note or accord.
The fragrance is inteded to invoke feelings of walking from an isolated coastal region with the fresh zest of citrus and sweetness of Nashi pear. As you move inland and into slightly higher elevations, Jasmine Tea, florals and spice dominate the fragrance. Ultimately as your journey continues into yet higher, forested elevations the fragrance again transforms into a more earthy and woodsy mix reminiscent of the damp forest floor and ancient firs.
We invite you to be immersed in this beautiful fragrance developed around a heart of Jasmine Tea with the accompanying notes stemming from an Asian origin with Japan in particular. Rediscover the ritual!
C4 Base
Cardinal base V.4 or C4 for short is the culmination of over 200 hours of R&D. It is essentially a complete overhaul of the previous Cardinal base. We have looked at every aspect of performance and made improvements across the board. This soap loads extremely fast, builds lather effortlessly, is obscenely slick, and will leave your face feeling soft, supple, and rejuvenated. Be careful…The lather is explosive! Note: This LE version contains Sodium Hyaluronate, the sodium salt of Hyaluronic Acid. It has a much lower molucular weight than HA and will penetrade the Epidermis. Hydrates, plumps, softens from the inside. Meant to be face lathered!
How to Use
Soak your shaving brush in warm water. Separate an almond-sized amount of soap from the sample and press it into your lather bowl, or the palm of your hand. Load brush with soap by whisking brush over top of soap in a circular motion. This tends to be a thirsty soap so for a rich, dense lather add a few drops of water at a time as you build the lather in your favorite bowl or on your mug (aka face). You can also add a few drops of hot water on top of the soap before starting for quicker lathering. Shave well!
