Side Note: We're down to our last couple packs of these, and after they're gone we won't offer them anymore. These are the remainder of a batch we picked up from a legitimate distributor (that we had purchased these blades and several other products from) while Polsilver was still in distribution.
Long story short, these things get counterfeited all the time. After researching myself I learned that several other retailers had the same issue in those final shipments the blades just weren't the same, and it's true, they're not. I label these "late production" because that's when I received them, and they're nothing like the magical Polsilver iridium of old.
Note: We DO still buy Polsilvers from time-to-time and list them in our marketplace when we can find reputable vintage product... Those aren't always Iridium. Polsilver made several different versions of their blades over the years, but specifically these packs with the special curved "Y" aren't worth the trouble with all the fakes we know have made it out there.
